Shipping and returns
Delivery time for induction mats: Orders placed before 10 p.m. will be delivered the next working day.
Delivery time for accessories: Orders placed before 10 PM will be delivered the next working day.
Delivery time induction protector: Within 2-4 working days.
Delivery time mudguard: Within 5-7 working days.
However, we're not always able to meet this deadline. Sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is handled by PostNL mail carriers or parcel delivery personnel. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Complaints and returns in case of defects
Our custom-made photo products, based on your chosen image, size, and options in our ordering system, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This is because they are personalized products made especially for you.
For products from our own collection or a selected photo from a partner platform, the 14-day right of withdrawal does apply, unless the product has been individually customized.
You can, of course, return any product if you have a legitimate complaint, for example, if the product is damaged, missing parts, or the quality is not up to expectations. Follow the steps below:
1. Inform us
Do you have a complaint? We request that you report any comments or complaints about the product to us as soon as possible, preferably within four business days of receipt. We aim to resolve your complaint quickly so you can enjoy your photo product as soon as possible.
After receiving your message, you will receive a response from us within 24 hours.

2. We will send you a return label
After we've reviewed your complaint, you'll receive a return label from us by email. Print this label, affix it to the return package, and drop it off at the designated parcel shop.
In case of a justified complaint, we will of course cover the return costs.
3. You will receive a suitable solution
We will offer you a suitable solution within 3 working days of receiving the returned package:
a new photo product,
a voucher, or
a refund of the purchase price to your bank account.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day:
- on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods;
- on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods in one order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last part delivery or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple part deliveries or pieces.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Inductiemaatje.nl, De homeie 16, 8731EC, Wommels, Netherlands, klantenservice@inductiemaatje.nl) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to revoke this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. This applies in particular to our custom-made photo products.

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll then try to change the order for you.
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover, or should discover, a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report your complaint to us by emailing klantenservice@inductiemaatje.nl . If this doesn't lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
If you've placed an order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation from us immediately. Didn't receive the order confirmation email? It probably ended up in your spam folder. Open that folder in your email account and check if the message is there. If so, mark the message as "Not spam" so that any subsequent status updates will appear directly in your inbox.
If the confirmation email isn't in your spam folder either, please contact us via the email form . Our customer service will then resend the order confirmation.
